Summary
ETSI will promote co-operation between the EU and LA in the standardisation field in order to achieve economies of scale and interoperability between both regions and therefore strengthen commercial and cultural links between them.
The overall objectives of the project are to promote and to use the European standardisation system in Latin America as well as to establish medium and long-term partnerships between EU and LA for the development of telecommunications standards.
